These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of MyGPSBD's platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or using our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use MyGPSBD's website or app if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. Service Usage Guidelines
As a subscriber to our GPS tracking services, you agree to the following conditions:
- You will only track vehicles that you own, or have explicit permission to track.
- The services must not be used for any illegal tracking or stalking activities.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
The use of MyGPSBD trackers requires an active subscription, billed monthly or yearly as agreed. Failure to pay subscription fees will result in the suspension or termination of service. Re-activation may incur additional charges. Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice.
4. Warranties and Limitations of Liability
Our hardware comes with a 1-year replacement warranty under normal usage conditions. This warranty is void if the device is tampered with, subjected to physical damage, water damage (unless IP67 rated), or improper installation.
MyGPSBD shall not be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of vehicle, or any losses arising out of the failure of the tracking device or network coverage issues beyond our control (such as telecom provider downtime).
